Returns & Exchanges

All products from Flying W Awards are made to order and customized to each customer’s specifications. Each component is individually produced based on the provided lettering details. On items where a proof is requested, once the proof is approved no changes can be made. Due to this custom nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please verify all information on your order prior to submission, including spelling, design, material, and quantity. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Damaged Shipments

Every shipment from Flying W Awards is packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. Despite these precautions, damages can occasionally occur during transit. All packages shipped through Flying W Awards are fully insured through the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you in filing a claim. Do not throw away any boxes, contents, or packing materials until the claim process has been completed. These materials are required to verify damage with the carrier.

How to report a damaged shipment

  1. Inspect all packages and products immediately upon delivery.
  2. Retain all packaging materials, including the box and internal cushioning.
  3. Take clear photographs as outlined below.
  4. Send all required photographs and your order details to [email protected].
  5. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your contact information.

Claims must be submitted promptly after delivery. Failure to retain packaging or provide the required photographs may result in denial of the claim.

Required Photographs

To process a damage claim, please provide the following seven (7) photos:

  1. A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box.
  2. A close-up photo of the damaged item itself.
  3. A photo of the packaging material used inside the box.
  4. A photo of the shipping label with tracking number (typically begins with “1Z”).
  5. A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (printed stamp on the outside of the box).
  6. One photo showing the top and two sides of the box.
  7. One photo showing the bottom and opposite sides of the box.

Please ensure all photos are clear, well-lit, and show the extent of the damage and packaging condition.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your shipment contains an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within three business days of receipt. Include your order number, photographs (if applicable), and a description of the issue so we can review and respond promptly.
